The Project: This whole-home renovation encompassed a large scope of work and required a big team of subcontractors to ensure the project moved smoothly and efficiently despite the inevitable changes along the way.
The Client: These clients lived in the house for many years with the dream of doing a complete renovation and they were finally able to fulfill that dream.

A lot of pre construction, planning was key to making sure all of the required trades were scheduled when they were needed during the construction process. Having a good rapport with all of the involved trades allowed open communication through all of the stages of the work so things progressed steadily.

From day one to closing we were on site performing the work that needed to get done and managing all of the various trades to be on site when required. We maintained a regular site meeting with the clients and designers to discuss the progress and ensure that the details of the design were being executed as the clients and designers had envisioned. This is where the small details that aren’t drawn into the design get ironed out.
Keeping on top of those details ensures you don’t have to backtrack to fix something that might have been done incorrectly. Thus, the project never lost momentum and we were able to complete the project to the tight timeline we planned for it.

The client had a home office which was required to be up and running for an important project to start the week after our proposed date of completion (set months before the start date of construction) and we turned over a completed full home renovation project to her the Friday before. The client was grateful to not have to worry about construction happening around her office while she began working back from home.

We were also invited to the housewarming party that the clients held so we took that as a nod to a job well done.
